Wait or Fly publishes waiting times and prices for treatment at home and abroad. It does not give medical advice, does not diagnose, and does not tell you whether you need treatment, which treatment, or whether to travel. Decide that with your own doctor. Prices
Prices on this site come from the official documents and published price lists named next to them, with the date we read each one. Clinics change prices, and the final bill depends on what is actually done (sedation, biopsies, lens type, extra visits). A price on this site is not a quote and not an offer: the clinic's own bill is what counts. Converted amounts use the exchange rate we name, rounded, for orientation only. Flights and hotels in the calculator are examples you replace with your own.
No affiliation
Wait or Fly is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NHS, the HSE, any Canadian provincial health plan, or any hospital, clinic or government body named on the site. Names are used only to identify where a published price or statistic comes from.
Using our content
You may quote short passages and individual figures with a link to the page they come from. The ledger at /data/prices.csv may be reused with a link to the page it comes from. Do not copy whole pages without asking.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@waitorfly.com with the subject "Copyright". Include: a description of the work; the address of the page on this site; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove the material while we look into it and tell you what we did. If material you sent us was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information on the site, including travel, booking or medical decisions, or for the acts of hospitals or clinics.
