Published cancer screening package prices in Turkey
Every row is a price the provider publishes itself, read on the date shown. We copy what the price includes and what it leaves out; where the provider does not say, the row says “not stated”. We do not use prices from brokers or medical-travel agencies.

Prices are copied as published, in the provider's currency. Conversions use the European Central Bank reference rates of 23 October 2026 and are rounded. A provider can change a price at any time: ask for a written quote.
Few Turkish hospitals publish price lists. The figures here are a hospital group's international “starting from” prices, a dental clinic's worked example and a medical-travel clinic's eye-surgery package, so ask each one for a written, itemised quote.
Hospitals in Turkey that offer a cancer screening package to international patients
Each runs its own service for patients from abroad. The booking time on each card is the hospital's own words; where it publishes none, ask for a date in writing before you book flights.

Compared with waiting or paying at home
The official waiting figure and the self-pay price in each home country, next to the Turkey price converted to that currency. The Turkey figure does not include flights, a hotel or time off work.
| Where you live | Official wait | Pay at home | Here, converted |
|---|---|---|---|
| UK | No official figure found | Not verified | £1,720 to £2,390before flights and hotel |
| Canada | No official figure found | Not verified | C$3,220 to C$4,480before flights and hotel |
| Ireland | No official figure found | Not verified | €2,050 to €2,860before flights and hotel |
| US | No national figure | Not verified | $2,300 to $3,200before flights and hotel |
Waits are the latest official statistics; each country measures them differently, so read the label. Home prices are published self-pay prices; for the US they are 2021 hospital medians or a dental school's estimate.

How it works for a visitor
- Ask for a written quoteSend the clinic your referral or reason for the cancer screening package and ask for an itemised price, the date, and what happens if the result needs follow-up.
- Before you goAsk your doctor which screening tests make sense for your age and family history.
- Before you goCheck the fasting and bowel-preparation instructions if an endoscopy is included.
- LanguageTurkish; international patient departments offer English and interpreters.
- Entry rulesCheck the official advice for your passport before booking: UK citizens (FCDO entry requirements), Canadian citizens (travel.gc.ca), US citizens (State Department, choose the country), Irish citizens (DFA travel advice, choose the country).
- After you returnBring all the results to your doctor; an abnormal result is followed up at home.
Can your public system pay for it?
NHS and HSE schemes do not reach Turkey. The NHS S2 route covers state treatment in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and the HSE schemes cover the EU, EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Treatment in Turkey is paid by you or by a private insurer who agrees in advance. NHS S2 route, HSE Treatment Abroad Scheme.
When not to travel for a cancer screening package
- A symptom or a lump you have noticed: see your doctor at home first.
- Replacing your national screening invitations, which are free.
How to compare cancer screening package quotes
Cancer screening packages combine tests that look for cancer in people without symptoms: for example blood markers, a mammogram or breast ultrasound, a cervical smear, a PSA test, a low-dose chest CT, or a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Only some of these tests have good evidence for screening healthy people; others often give false alarms.
- Look at which tests are in the package, not how many. Tumour-marker blood tests on their own are poor at finding early cancer.
- Check that a doctor reviews all the results with you and tells you what to do next.
- Ask whether endoscopies include sedation and biopsies.

Cancer screening in Turkey: questions
How much does a cancer screening package cost in Turkey?
The published prices we found range from $2,300 to $3,200, about £1,720 to £2,390 or $2,300 to $3,200. They come from Liv Hospital (Ulus and Vadistanbul, Istanbul). Each covers something slightly different, so read what is included before comparing.
Is a cancer screening package in Turkey cheaper than paying privately in the UK?
We do not have both a UK price and a comparable Turkey price for this, so we cannot say. Compare the published prices on this page with a written quote from a UK provider.
Will the NHS or HSE pay for a cancer screening package in Turkey?
No. The NHS S2 route and the HSE schemes cover planned treatment in Europe only. Turkey is outside them, so you pay yourself or through a private insurer that agrees in advance.
How many days should I plan in Turkey?
One day for most packages; two if an endoscopy is included. That is our planning estimate, not medical advice: the clinic sets the schedule, and you should ask it for one in writing.
What should I check before booking a cancer screening package in Turkey?
Look at which tests are in the package, not how many. Tumour-marker blood tests on their own are poor at finding early cancer. Check that a doctor reviews all the results with you and tells you what to do next.
