How to book as a foreign patient

Call +36 1 550 7007 or e-mail elojegyzes@sp.hu (foreign-clients page: Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00; the Hungarian FAQ and price-page footer say Mon-Thu 8:00-18:00, Fri 8:00-16:00). For surgery you receive a written quote; a clinic contact person (named when the quote is sent) organises pre-operative examinations, usually a few days before surgery, and e-mails the client. A written service contract is signed at the first in-person meeting. Bank transfer is the preferred payment; inpatient fees over 100,000 Ft can be paid in instalments but the full amount must arrive 48 hours before the procedure. Cancelling less than 48 hours before: a fee of 30% of the amount paid, at least 100,000 Ft. If the procedure is medically not possible and you tell them at least 96 hours before, the balance is refunded after fees for examinations already done. International patients page
